At NOMADNESS, we are passionate about equity, justice, and inclusion within the tourism landscape. A part of this is generating and owning our own data and using it to form and implement meaningful strategy when it comes to our market.
As a small, but mighty team – our dynamic trio brings over 20 years of industry and academic experience. Drs. Dillette and Benjamin received their doctorate degrees in hospitality, tourism, and education where their pedagogical, educational, and presentation skills were honed. In addition to being tenured Associate Professors, Dillette and Benjamin are trained mixed-method researchers able to design quantitative surveys, facilitate focus groups and in-depth interviews, in addition to synthesizing data for tangible, digestible deliverables. Teaming up with Evita Robinson bridges academia and industry creating a holistic approach toward equity minded decisions backed by data.
